Govaera Inc. ("Govaera," "we," "us") is a US-based procurement and contracting company. This policy explains what information we collect through govaera.com and in the course of our business, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple, because our practice is simple: we use your information to respond to you and perform our contracts — we do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, vendor application, or otherwise correspond with us, we collect what you give us: name, organization or agency, email address, phone number, business address, website, and the content of your inquiry — including requirement details, solicitation or reference numbers, product and capability descriptions, coverage areas, and lead times.
Business records. When we transact — as your supplier or your buyer — we collect the information needed to perform: quotes, purchase orders, invoices, W-9s, insurance certificates, banking details for payment, and delivery documentation.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. We use this in aggregate to keep the site working and secure.

We keep inquiry data as long as needed to respond and follow up. Contract and transaction records are retained for the periods required by federal contracting regulations, tax law, and our audit obligations — typically at least the retention period specified in the applicable contract — and are then deleted or archived securely.
We protect information with access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), and need-to-know handling. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same discipline we apply to contract performance.
Our website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to what is technically necessary for the site to function.
